Status Oktober 2017: Für 7629 zoologische Taxa wurden die RL-Kategorien, Gefährungsanalyse etc. Deutschlands, Ausgabe 2009 ff. eingetragen.

email: S. Seifert --> N. Karam, 21.6.17: we extended our REST service for Regionalised and Domain-specific Taxon Lists (documentation under http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/static/api-doc.html) with new data. This data is stored in analysis categories. Each category has values. The analysis categories are unique in one database and so also unique for a taxonomic list. Each taxonomic name can have multiple Analysis categories. I extended the REST-API to give you access to the analysis: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/static/api-doc.html#!/analysis/get_analysiscategories. In our special case not all analysis categories are good for publication now. Only some analysis categories which come from the "Rote Liste Deutschland" publications are relevant. This publication (reference) has the ID 699074100: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/references/DiversityReferences_TNT/699074100/. So we established a link between the references (book) and the Analysis categories. The "Rote Liste" is a series of books which have chapters. So the references have also a parent/child hierarchy (series-books-chapters). Each analysis category can have exactly one publication (reference id). Not all analysis categories are normally linked to a reference because they are derived e.g. from more chapters. So a parent analysis category is formed and these parent analysis categories are linked to a book. To retrieve all relevant analysis values for a taxonomic list we need to traverse the analysis category hierarchy (broader, upwards) and the reference hierarchy (narrower, downwards). To simplify this I wrote a shortcut which returns all analysis categories which come from the hierarchy of one publication for a taxonomic list: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/lists/DiversityTaxonNames_Insecta/863/analysisfromreference/699074100 with this information ist is possible to retrieve the analysis values for a taxonomic name: /analysis/{databaseid}/{projectid}/{nameid}/{analysisid} where the databaseid, projectid, nameid is already coming from the current name and the analysisid is one of those values returned by the call above. Example: a list: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/lists/DiversityTaxonNames_Insecta/863/ One name from this list: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/names/DiversityTaxonNames_Insecta/5411056/ All relevant analysis categories for this list: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/lists/DiversityTaxonNames_Insecta/863/analysisfromreference/699074100 A analysis value for this name 5411056 in list 863 and for category 50: http://services.snsb.info/DTNtaxonlists/rest/v0.1/analysis/DiversityTaxonNames_Insecta/863/5411056/50/ Further more general information on the data from the Rote Listen Deutschland: RL-Kategorien und Gefährdungsanalyse is given under http://www.diversitymobile.net/wiki/Rote_Listen_Deutschland:_RL-Kategorien_und_Gef%C3%A4hrdungsanalyse I hope this is ok to derive the analysis values for each name in your Terminology Service.
