The data collection is described under http://www.diversitymobile.net/wiki/IBF_Fungi .
Data Project and Service
The data project "IBF Monitoring of Fungi" was established by Prof. Dr. Andreas Bresinsky and Josef Simmel. It is part of the DFG funded IBF project with the aim to gain observation records of fungi in the fiield using the smart phone application DiversityMobile. The data are managed by Diversity Workbench components and made accessible via national and international portals. The data pare single observation records with some ecological factors added. The taxonomy and nomenclature follows the DGfM List of Fungal Names. After the end of the projectts the data are permanently stored at the data repository of the IT Center of the Staatliche Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen Bayerns. The Database ""IBF Monitoring of Fungi" and – if not stated otherwise – its supporting files have been copyrighted © 2009 by the University of Regensburg and the Staatliche Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen Bayerns.
Intellectual properties are with the data owners. Permission is given for free use of data in the search result for non-commercial purposes; any commercial use must be granted by prior written agreement.
