Bayern Flora
The Bayern FLora (BFL) initiative is devoted to the study of the vascular plant life in Bavaria. This includes the naturally occurring or indigenous plant life, the change of distribution patterns in time and space and the documentation of the invasion of new plant taxa. BFL is working together with initiatives on a more regional level. Since 2011 the consortium Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Flora von Bayern is assisting the BFL to publish a work "Flora" which will describe all plant species recently documented for Bavaria, with the aim of allowing identification.
