About "IBF Monitoring of Plant Galls" as Dataset for GBIF

Data Project and Service
The data project "IBF Monitoring of Plant Galls" was established by Prof. Dr. Gerhard Rambold and Alexander Guhr. It is part of the DFG funded IBF project with the aim to gain observational records of plant galls in the field using DiversityCollection running on a Tablet PC and the smartphone application DiversityMobile. The data are processed by Diversity Workbench components and made accessible via national and international portals. They mainly include single observational records and are supplemented with several ecological data. With completion of the research project, data will be technically managed by the long-term data repository at the SNSB IT Center of the Staatliche Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen Bayerns. Notices of errors of any kind are much appreciated by the participants of the project (for email check Contact).
